I would give no star if I could. I would not recommend anyone to go to York Hospital Dental. The worst place to get dental treatment. Second time in a roll I have given updated information for them to submit dental pre-determination for my daughter and for myself, both times cam back rejected because they provide wrong information in the claim. Office hours are rediculous unless you are on welfare and nothing to do. Dental assistance could never be able to help with any questions unless someone in a particular department is still working (from 8 to 3:30) to answer the questions. I still cannot get my teeth looked at for about a year now because of my insurance changes and they could never straightened it out in their dental records.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!
