They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. When I mentioned I didn't like the way the teeth looked (the dummy set) it was like he took it personally & made me feel bad for what I had said. The bottom teeth he had filed half off - from the top down & now I can't bite into anything because they're so blunt. MY BAD though for not sticking to my guns because now I can't wear them at all. I'm wearing my old ones. I feel like my appointment was pointless. When I went in for adjusting nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I've wore dentures for 35 years & know for a fact that dentures can fit properly. Top & Bottom. There was nothing about these teeth that worked. When I closed my mouth it was like I was in LOCK mode. My jaws were so tightly closed it was crazy. Top Ramen has been my main course for almost 2 years now. I couldn't even drink through a straw without them popping out. I would never visit them again & was very disappointed.
The man that was there prior to him was an excellent denturist.
Hind-sight: When I was trying these things on - checking out how they'd look - I would ABSOLUTELY 100% stick to my guns on what I liked..... not what he liked. Possibly even sit in on the actual preparation of them.

THESE PEOPLE ARE FANTASTIC. THE QUALITY OIF CARE IS 10 STARS. HAD MINE AND MY HUSBANDS TEETH DONE. GO HERE FOR WONDERFUL DENTURES.
