I dont recommend this dentist office. They have poor business ethics. I went for an exam and gave them my ins info,they said they would bill me for what my ins didnt cover. Well,i never received a bill from them, but I found out they turned me into a collection agency, for an unpaid bill. This is extremely poor business. Stay away from this place. Ds

When I am here, or my children, they remember me/us by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They are all very nice, and I seldom wait at all for an appointment, although I understand emergencies happen - since I've been one of them, and was treated very well. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They haven't mentioned anything about promotions when I've been there, but were INCREDIBLY thoughtful to call me when they found out that my insurance policy was changing mid-year (ODS - saving money for the State ;0). I know additional business helps them, but it also saved me money, and with a family of four that was greatly appreciated!!
I always receive great service when I have an appointment here, and Dr. Ramillosa has treated both my children - my son getting his first full cleaning and x-rays at 4years old! - and both were very happy with him. My daughter, only 8 years now, has had two fillings, and still has NO fear of the dentist whatsoever, as both he and his staff are very caring and make it fun for them at each visit. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I would recommend him highly :0)

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
