They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
And they had the patience to work with my son who has such a great fear that he use to shake when walking in the office. Now he is calm and has a smile on his face. THANK YOU GUYS!

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. Unfortunately, this company says they will send claims in for you but if they screw up and they know it they will fall back on that it is a service they provide out of their generosity then force you to pay the full amount. This office sent my claim to the wrong insurance provider then notify a couple months later. I have them resend it but it becomes too late by the time Ameritas receives it. Dr. Murray despite his error claims he is not responsible even though he failed at his word. He makes no agreement to changing costs at his part for his error, so I wouldn't trust any word he gives you.

The short form: Dr. Murray and his staff are among the very best dental professionals, I have had the good fortune to know. They treat you like family and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.
