I love this dental office. Dr Snyder is very outgoing and friendly with a great sense of humor. He always answers my questions thoroughly, which is very important to me. There is nothing more irritating than a doctor or dentist that doesn't take the time. Dr Snyder always takes the time for questions.

Additionally, I feel he has a lot of knowledge about what he is doing. I love the facility. It is very modern looking with the best equipment. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly. They get top marks for a welcoming environment.

I haven't had to get much more than cleanings done (only one cavity), but I have a friend who had to have some major work done. He told me how impressed he was with the time Dr Snyder took to make sure things were fitted correctly. I know several people who go there, and they all are very happy.

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They go out of their way to make everyone have a great dental visit. I really appreciate the extra effort they made to look into my insurance benefits and explain my options.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
