My child has been going to this dentist for several years.
Recently they sent me a past notice for a $44 bill that they say was more than 90 days past due. When I called the billing department I asked what it was for because I had never received a bill. I was told it was for fluoride that my insurance wouldn't cover from a cleaning done six months before!!. I asked who authorized the fluoride treatment and they said my child. I explained that I am the one who has the insurance and pays the bills and that procedure should not have been done without my authorization. I was told it didn't matter, they received permission from my child. Now I am responsible to pay for a service I did not authorize. I am not going back.

Overall I did not find this dental group satisfactory. I did not receive the service I had requested for my first visit and there was no explanation or apology for this until I called in a complaint. When I did have work done the dentist did not even introduce himself and I am not sure I received thorough care on my tooth. I also received a bill for a service not okayed by my insurance or myself. This was also resolved with another phone call but with no apology.
Being a new patient I expected more explanations and introductions to make me feel valued and at ease.
I had some great hygienists who were considerate and thorough. I wish I could say the same for my dentist and office staff.

I called because I was in severe pain and I have an infection in my tooth. They said they would call back on that Friday and get me in. They didn't call back at all. Then they called on Monday morning to say they could see me a week from Tuesday. What? And then, after explaining that I am in pain and unable to sleep right or eat right, they said they could get me in tomorrow morning, and then the gal seemed angry and dismissive with me, and disconnected the phone call in what seemed like an angry way. I don't get it.
