I have been going to Dr. LaValley for years and have never had a bad experience with him. The staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions are answered, and I feel at ease going to the dentist .I will absolutely return

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Their office was kind of too cold. I was scared and he didn't make it any easier. My appointment was very uncomfortable. I felt like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if he had been more careful. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be his top priority. He should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. They did get me in fairly quick and the ladies were nice and attentive. I've waited longer at other offices. I wanted to find a Dentist worth going back to for any other problems but if anything this trip only made me more fearful of Dentists.
