Dr. Muller & his hygenists are very welcoming & friendly. They make you feel comfortable while explaining thoroughly what procedures are being done. Dr. Muller is gentle & calm & really makes an effort to put you at ease. The ladies in the office, however, are rather rude. Two, in partucular speak in a condescending manner but don't seem to know what they are doing. No eye contact was made by the lady running my insurance card & she seemed "put out" by the fact I was even there. I think I interrupted their "gossip session" by walking up to the window to check out. THEN my insurance wasn't even run correctly & I had to pay for a procedure that was 100% covered. And they wouldn't even refund my $$ until they received actual payment from the insurance company! I guess she couldn't read the explanation of benefits when she ran my card in the first place....or was just uninterested in doing her job. I've heard the same story from several different people & co-workers. I'm considering not returning just because of the rude treatment from the front desk. Customer service is definitely NOT important to a couple of those ladies. Dr. Muller & the hygenists, though, A+.

I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
