Unfortunately I have to give Dr. Hall a poor rating. Most of us have great anxiety when we get our teeth worked on so poor service only serves to worsen a patients anxiety. He was unprepared for a scheduled consultation I had scheduled. He tried to answer my questions but never gave me a satisfactory answer on costs. His staff was rude when I forgot an appointment "Well we have an empty chair and Dr. Hall has no patient". When I came for an appointment (10 minutes early by the way) I waited for OVER an hour. 5 patients came in AFTER I arrived and were seen. When I asked why I was not being seen I was told that they were running behind and I was told that they would be right out to get me. I finally just walked out. None of my family will return to his practice and I will be sure and tell everyone how I was treated. Dr. Hall I suggest you and your staff exercise some courtesy and care to your "customers".
