The dentist was good, the receptionist has been unable to provide a copt of my billing receipt requested by ADP Flex spending, even though I have called 3 times and each time I was told they would put it in the mail today.
I am about to lose my flex spending card due over a $12.80 charge.
Very unprofessional service by the billing & reception staff.
