The service was fine, the hygenist was very good, but the billing/office staff are horrible after the appointment. The don't provide itemized bills, even after I have asked repeatedly, and they don't follow up on instructions as to how to file claims. My husband's employer is self-insured, so they can't go through the insurer, they need to send the bill directly to the employer, and they keep calling the insurer instead.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
No, I was always attended to
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Dr. Rhodenbaugh is an excellent dentist. He has provided excellent dental care for my family for years and we highly recommend him to our friends.
