PARENTS & PATIENTS BEWARE!
Please be cautious of Karbassi Orthodontics. Our experience with this doctor was extremely negative. Dr. Karbassi is rude to the parents and mean to the children. We witnessed several parents being very upset for many reasons and children crying at the office. The office is highly unorganized and there is a severe lack of cleanliness. The billing system is untrustworthy, and the medical care is unsanitary, Dr. Karbassi does not wear medical gloves/masks for every patient. Our son’s braces were incorrectly put on causing extreme issues, we switched to a new orthodontist where the braces had to be completely removed and put back on and treatment started all over again after over a year of wearing them. Please do your research before choosing this doctor, there are a countless number of very negative and concerning reviews and complaints/grievances have been filed with the Ohio State Dental Board, Better Business Bureau and local Dental Societies.

Thankyou is all I can say to dr karbassi and his staff,I started getting my teeth worked on in October of 09",I was 26 at the time.as an adult that had to deal with having crooked teeth,gaps,dislocated jaw-I never smiled as a child,a teenager,and in my early adult years.fear and embarassment over my teeth is a crippling experience.im 28 years old now,just got my retainers today.when they took my braces off a week ago,after my appointment-I sat and cried in my car in the parking lot.not because of any pain,but because for the first time in 20 years,I felt beautiful! I can smile and laugh and not hide my mouth with my hand.the ladies that worked with me for a little over two years are great,always happy to see me.as for Dr Karbassi-words can never express my gratitude for the work he has done!

I have had great satisfaction with Dr. Karbassi's work. The staff were very helpful, and my grandchild loved visiting. He just had his braces removed and teeth look very straight and beautiful. I would recomend Dr. Karbassi to anyone in need of an orthodontist.

I just had to remind them a few times of my situation. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

This so called dr isn't even worthy of a 1/2 star however I couldn't submit a review without it. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a so called professional. As another mother stated, I too am dealing with the same thing. My daughter gets sick to her stomach before every appointment and has cried several times after because of the way she is treated and how harsh he is moving around in her mouth. I have had several confrontations with this dr because he talks down to me and is extremely rude. He has hung up on me during a phone conversation and followed me out into the parking lot after I was upset with him for taking my daughter's braces off without going over the possibility of a space. She is a minor. How utterly unprofessional. I have had nothing but problems dealing with this dentist and had to take my daughter for another opinion regarding a procedure dr Karbassi wanted her to have. I was told by 2 very well known orthodontists the procedure was not necessary. Thank God I took it upon myself and didn't just trust the dr. I have doubts he even knows what he is doing! I am writing this review to save anyone from the turmoil I have undergone dealing with this "orthodontist". Do yourself a favor, look at the reviews and take your business elsewhere!
