Nice, clean and decorated office.

The front desk staff is very nice.

Dr. Guster is friendly most of the time. He is thorough and knows what he is doing.

The dental hygienists and dental assistants are NOT friendly. Once in awhile you will get a nice one. They lecture a great deal (and I take excellent care of my teeth).

The office calls before every visit to move my appointment which is irritating.

This office is also quick to push more and more services.

The moment I filled up the documents, I was taken for a teeth scanning & then teeth cleaning, then I was asked what was the reason for the visit. They also charged me additional to what the Insurance bill was but, then refunded it after few calls.
They have good equipments & skilled nurses, but watch out more on the billing.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The level of care you get is outstanding. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were caring for my teeth. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Dr. Locey is incredible! The numbing injection was not a bad exerience at all. I always anticipate injections to be very painful, her injection did not bother me at all. Dr. Locey and her assistant, Carla, made feel completely at ease. I actually enjoyed my overall experience. I never thought I would say that about a trip to the dentist.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly. The most significant concern I have is with their scheduling techniques. I pick a day and time that works for me...and then a few days before the appointment they start calling me and trying to "move up" my appointment to another day or time. I would understand if this happened just once...but it happens each time. It's annoying to receive these calls....sometime 3 or 4 times for each appointment.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.
