Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They estimated my extraction so when I recived a bill from my insurance they are not going to cover any of the cost. The facility uses Delta Dental as a prefered provider they should have known what is covered and what is not buy the type of insurance used. Im am not happy with the outcome as I paid 625.00 on the date of my appointment and they are not willing to work any sort of deduction for my inconvenience. Was I suppose to know what exactly my insurance is going to cover isnt that what there there for?
