I cannot recommend Small Smiles to anyone. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running behind and I was disappointed. I didn't see any display of their qualifications. I couldn't tell if the dental equipment was clean or not, because I wasn't allowed to go back with my child. Child had visible cavities, that caused pain so I wanted to get them taken care of immediately; however I was NOT informed that I would not be allowed to go back with child, until I arrived.

I was frustrated that very few of my questions got answered by nursing staff or the doctor. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. My kid came out with scratches on the face and in the ear, which the assistants stated, "It came from the pillow." I've never known a dentist that cuts up the face of their patient with a pillow. I was not allowed to go with my child, unless I required an interpreter. The nursing staff and the Indian dentist was rude, ghetto and nasty. It was a horrible experience for me, and I will NEVER go back to them.

dear parents: as guardians that we are of our children we must avoid our kids getting attacked by these monsters who call themselves dentists,i would never take my baby to a place where i cannot go with him,i need to know what they're doing to him and i need to be there to comfort him,if these people are asking you not to go back to the room with the child there's something strange going on,these people were on the news the other day and the story was they get paid a lot of money from the insurance companies doing unnecessary work and very unnecessary torture to our kids and they need to be stopped please if you love your kids DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE it is a child's worst nightmare!
