I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.
I was pleased with the dental care we received, but the office and insurance staff were not helpful. Nothing was pre-submitted to ensure it was covered. I was not informed that the dentist was no longer covering my insurance plan, although my plan was on file with them from a prior visit. I was left with large out of pocket expenses due to the ineffectiveness of the office/billing staff.
