They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. My son never even got seen at his appointment today and he was just getting impressions of his teeth and x-rays they kept telling my husband the doctor isn't in well he didn't have to see the doctor for what he was having done. I am highly upset with this office. This isn't the first time I've had to call them and complain and then they wasn't very nice I mean if you don't like your job then you should get another one. if this happens again next week I'm taking my business else where.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
