The office staff has always been helpful during my family's visits to this office. Even Dr. Rhodes, until our last visit, has always been friendly and professional. However, during our last visit to have my son's teeth cleaned and examined, Dr Rhodes became very hostile toward both he and my wife. He yelled at my 6 yr old son and was very disrespectful to my wife. Not knowing what exactly to do, my wife stopped the procedure and removed her and my son from a volatile situation. They both came home crying. I called Dr Rhodes to discuss the situation, but the man never called me back. I was hoping to at least get an apology from the man, but no such thing. I would be very cautious before visiting this office.
