Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Took me a while to get in because of state insurance, but now that I have went in for an appointment, she is dedicated to taking care of my children and I. As a full-time student and single mother of three, it is important for me to be able to get good dentistry for my children. I had another dentist a long time ago that shouldn't even have his license. She was great with my children and was very informative on how to take better care of my children's teeth, as well as what to look for. She didn't treat me with any lack of respect or discrimination. She built a rapport with my children while working on them and was friendly above and beyond the normal. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the fact that there are TV's with cartoons above every chair to put children at ease. I would recommend their services to anyone. They are very professional and upscale and their offices are modern and up to date with technology.
