Has new staff all the time. The staff are unexperienced and are not qualified to assist. Due to a new assistant applying the glue for my braces, the brackets fell off constantly. It was time consuming and painful to go in constantly and fix this problem. The new assistant also burned my gums with the dryer. Dr. Schwartz is not the friendliest and we did not get along. I wish I went to another orthodontist. My teeth were not completely straight in the end because there was too much glue for one bracket, and the doctor mistook the glue as a part of my tooth. When the brackets were all taken off, he realized this and tried to grind my teeth straight instead. Overall, it was a bad experience.
