They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance, however that is about IT! Dr. Polinsky is late and very rude! On my first visit back in July I made an apt for 9am and came early to fill out the necessary paper work and had to wait a hour for him to see me and when he did he cleaned my teeth and left he is very cold and dismissive. So this morining I had a dental emergency regarding my wisdom teeth that I made a early 9am appointment for and again he was tardy this time forty five mins late to come in the room to tell me to rinse with warm water and just leaves the room saying talk to the receptionist in regards of a referral to remove your wisdom teeth. He is extremely arrogant, tardy, rude and dismissive!!! I would NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS MORONS OFFICE AGAIN!!! HE HAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS OR THEIR TIME IN OTHER WORDS THIS GUY IS A PRICK AND SPARE YOURSELVES!!!!

Dr. Polinsky is dishonest, incompetent. Additionally, the office appears to have older equipment then many dental offices.

I went to his office to have a tooth with a filling that had fallen out treated. I had recently joined a discount dental plan and had a temporary ID. When Dr. Polinsky saw this temporary ID, he stated that the plan required a full exam & xrays for all new members. These were services I did not need or want at this time. The plan told me later than Dr. Polinsky had lied about the plan's requirements. That, in fact, the plan does not require or make any recommendations regarding services for new members.

The care provided was not good. Perhaps because the xray equipment appeared to be antiquated, the technician had to retake a few of the xrays 3 or 4 times to get a good image. Exposing me to unnecessary radiation. Dr. Polinksy spent only 5 minutes or so doing the cleaning, using only a power toothbrush. A dentist who treated me a few weeks later, not knowing I had just had a cleaning, recommended that I get a cleaning! Prior dental cleanings I have had have taken longer and used better equipment.

I love this dental office. It is so easy to make or change appointments. The staff is very kind and comforting and Dr. Polinsky is fantastic too. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work.

Dr. Polinsky makes me want to go to the dentist!! His friendly and personable demeanor allows the patient to feel at ease when they are sitting in the chair. He also takes the time to walk you through any issues that you might have. He talks to you on the same level instead of some doctors who explain everything in medical jargon. Excellent Dental Practice!

The staff is great and they always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I had a great experience with Dr. Polinsky! He and his staff are so kind and gentle, I would certainly recommend his practice!
