I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
