He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for more than an hour, which could have been easily avoided. They finally put me in an office, and the dentist skipped me for an old patient who had just walked in, despite the fact that I had been waiting for more than an hour. Receptionist and Dentist have no manners. Office is outdated and covered with botox posters. Great dental service is obviously not a priority. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache.

Dr Chang is dishonest. I wanted to get my teeth whitened and she suggested the ZOOM whitening system at a cost of $500 which is over priced based on subsequent research. No explanation was given prior to administering it and I was given the waiver to sign after the procedure was already completed and was in pain. The formula was leaking onto my gums and since it contains peroxide, the burning sensation was terrible. An assistant who was not knowledgeable was doing the procedure. She made claims that the procedure would last and would result in 6 shades lighter. After subsequent research, none of these claims are true. During the next day after the ZOOM procedure, my lips had swolllen to several times their original size and I had to go to the allergist for steroids and miss days of work. I tried to reach Dr Chang's office and left messages to the tune that I was in pain and needed to speak to someone regarding the results of their badly administered procedure.Noone returned my call. Additionally, they tried to charge me $50 extra claiming it was standard procedure. The dishonesty that goes on in that office seriously warrants an investigation. They should not be allowed to continue practicing if they are going to abuse patients and steal their money.
