Dr st . Hill is a amazing dentist , he is gentle and kind , his years of experience makes dental problems pain free , he explains everything about the procedure , his chair side manner is impeccable , thank you Doctor !

I Went to this dentist for 4 years and it wasn't until I realized after I switched dentists that Wayne st. Hill made huge mistakes. For one, my caps are too big and bulky and they refused to change them at the time soo I've had 6 tooth infections and bleed at random intervals on where they had worked ever since. It is impossible to floss and get food stuck in holes where they didn't smooth off the teeth. I don't smile anymore, especially throughout high school.
Every time I had to get a cleaning, one woman would always rush herself, make frequent cuts along my gums, and pretty much be a little rough making me feel like an object. The dentist himself I think had Parkinson's disease and mumbled so it was hard to understand him. couldn't even understand the assistant that cleaned my teeth because she had a thick Hispanic accent as well.
They had worked on most of my family members and they all refused to go there after one of two visits. I felt like my social life was ruined for years after going there so yeah, I don't recommend it.

After visiting two other dentists , the provider i chose broke 2 of my teeth . after that experience ..i stayed away from dentists for several years . This year i found Dr.Wayne St.Hill who pulled out my broken teeth with simplicity and ease . I was done in 30. minutes and had a very good experience with him, he is caring and cares about his patients.

Worst dentist ever. Sadly, I went twice. I thought the first time was a fluke. Substitute dentist for Dr. St Hill was so rushed, even though we waited over an hour for our appointment (husband and I went together) that I think I brush my teeth better on my own than this cleaning!

The last time we went we both saw Dr. St. Hill. Again, over an hour wait - at least. Technician was rushed. I think he has his son working there who barely spoke a word. The office was not clean nor did it look up to date. Worst of all, the dentist himself had such shaky hands that I don't know how he's possibly still in practice. He didn't seem to listen to my complains of pain - just gave me a toothpaste for sensitivity. Had to find another dentist to do the repair. I think he just overbooked and was rushing us out of there. Not that I'd want him to do anything with those shaky hands.

On top of it all I requested a copy of our bill that I need to submit for reimbuirsement and have called over 7 times. Spoke to two different people who said they'd mail it out - which they didn't. Have left 5 messages with no return calls. Stay far away from this dentist's office!!!!

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
