Let me start off by saying before this visit I've been running from the dentist for about two years. I've had so many negative experiences with previous dentists. I was truly afraid to go back. This practice came highly recommended by three different sources, and I couldn't agree more! Staff was very professional. Small intimate office, with the best Dental Hygentist I've ever been too. Ava was so gentle, kind and thorough. The Dentist was also very nice, patient and gentle. Gave great options and referrals . GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

No. I still haven't talked to them.
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Not really, my back hurt after my procedure

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
