Absolutely the worst dental care possible! They have screwed up every procedure and have rarely followed up on insurance questions or requests. They always go for the highest cost solution when billing and then do the lowest cost procedure. Stay as far away as possible!

Pros: friendly staffs, clean restroom, and clean waiting room
Cons: I can't express how disappointed I was at the Beekman Dental. I decided to visit Dr. Dave after my orthodontist informed me of a possible cavity on one of the top right side teeth. The staffs were very welcoming and nice. However, I had to wait for about an hour in the waiting room AND another 30 mins in the checkup room for the doctor to actually examine me. Dr. Dave just looked at the x-ray results and examined my teeth for about 3 mins and told me to come next time for the actual cavity fixing. After little more than 2 hrs of street parking (they only have one or two parking space that the patients can use), I had to leave the practice with my tooth still aching.
I returned to Bleekman Dental for my second appointment, and as usual, waited more than an hour for the doctor to actually perform. What is so fraud about this place is that Dr. Dave performed cavity operation on a teeth that was probably totally fine. The actual aching tooth was on the top right, as my orthodontist also informed me. But Dr. Dave performed the operation on the top left side. I asked her about my top right tooth, but she kept on repeating that she doesnt see anything wrong with it. Since she is the doctor, I did not want to question her ability. But few days after, the tooth she performed the cavity operation begin to ache...
Till this day, I honestly think she performed a fraud cavity operation on a healthy tooth so that she could file that for insurance, and so that I will return again with my actual aching tooth. I might be thinking too much but something did not seem right with the operation she did. And I will never go back to Beekman Dental ever again nor suggest to anyone that are close to me.
Plus, the dental instruments they use at Beekman Dental seem very old.

But the front desk staffs were very sweet and friendly, which is why I want to at least give them one star.

I went in for a routine check up (mind you that I take excellent care of my teeth and haven't had any problems before). I waited for a long period of time before they finally took me in. The nurse who took my X-rays was rude and more focused on watching the television that was in the cubicle she was taking my X-rays in. The dentist (Neha Dave) only saw me for maybe 2 minutes, proceeding to tell me that I had 4 cavities despite X-rays not showing anything. I made an appointment to have the cavities taken care of (several appointments). The first appointment, and did one filling. At my second appointment I told her that the first filling had been killing me for weeks (3 to be exact) and she said it was fine. Went onto fill my second cavity and magically found another. She filled one, and then despite 5 shots of Novicane couldn't get the second tooth numb and sent me home with a temporary filling (and a completely numb face). After a few days of horrendous pain, I went in again. Here, Dr. Dave told me (matter of factly) that I needed a root canal and it wouldn't be covered by my insurance.

Between the disastrous experience with the dentist and her lack of competency, I switched dentists. My new dentist did not see any of these cavities that Dave determined that I had and he performed my root canal. Which the need for was most likely directly caused by Dr. Dave's prior work to my tooth. My advice? STAY AWAY FROM BEEKMAN DENTAL!!

They were very polite and nice. They pulled my tooth with ease. I ran into complications called dry socket and they took care of it right away. I was shocked to find out they charged me $250.00 for a 3 minute visit of inserting a q tip into a paste and putting it in my tooth. I was not there for no more then 3 minutes.

I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Unprofessional behavior. Please pay close attention to the billed amount and the insurance claims, Beekman dental at sleepy hollow always over charge and its a pain to get your money back

I made an appointment over a month ago that I have been anxiously waiting for because I haven't seen a dentist in over a year. The appointment was scheduled for this morning at 10:30 and I got there at 10:20. I even received a call yesterday confirming and reminding me of my appointment. THOSE ASSHOLES kept me waiting for over an hour. Every person that came in after me got called in before me, so I asked the girl at the front desk (very unprofessional by the way) why I wasn't getting called in and she told me, I never scheduled an appointment so she just tried to squeeze me in for the next available space for today which is at 1pm. First of all, if that was the issue, she should have told me the minute I signed the damn papers when I walked in, and not just have me waiting for HOURS!. I was so pissed, I swear I wanted to curse all of them out, so i just left the place with tears rushing down my place because of how angry i was. WORST SERVICE EVER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
