When I switched insurance, I had to find a new dentist. I was very happy when the insurance option was brought back at my job and quickly returned to small smiles. They are always friendly, even when I call to reschedule visit that same day! They have always been so kind and attentive to me. I They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for when I had to switch providers and assisted me in findeing a dentist that would take my new insurance. They have really great customer service here. I am glad to be back with them.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
