Dr O'Leary is awesome! He did more for me in 2 visits than Eastman Dental did in over 2 years. He is very easy to talk to & he actually listens & explains everything. I was very comfortable. First time I have not had pain after numbness wore off. His staff are very nice & his facilities are clean & quaint. I highly recommend him!!!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The receptionist is very uncouth, I've called there several times, she has NO professional skills. Very vague, doesn't seem to convey reputability and IF you carry Blue Choice you will really get treated badly and spoken down too. I never seen Dr. Timothy because I could Not get pass her horrible attitude.
In the world of Business, Respect and Dignity goes a long way. The receptionist needs to learn to be affable to every potential patient regardless of ones financial status.
I received a great deal of work from a dentist less than 10 Min's away and he was more than happy to do the work and bill Blue Choice $2,500.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
