Ghetto horrible dirty small waiting area people coughing every which way you turn. Nasty girls working. Dentist thinks he so funny. I hope to never have to go there again. And please don't ever bring little children there it's dirty dirty in that waiting room.

I urge everyone to stay away from here! Thankfully I questioned what tooth the dentist was about to fill because they were going to work on the wrong one. I got up and left. After getting a second opinion at a reputable dental office, I was told that they had overlapped the x-rays making it difficult to accurately read. If I had not stopped the doctor, I would have had three unnecessary fillings (that would have later needed root canals). Also, the office charges $25 for copies of any records / x-rays. The images that I had left with to take to my new office were not even the right ones! They gave me images that were 2 years old. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointments each and every visit. I hope more people save their health and never step foot in Station Dental.

The doctor took a personal call (I heard the convo it was re. him attending an event at a fire house) WHILE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DRILLING MY TOOTH. He was so interested in this call that he even LEFT THE ROOM to continue it. When he returned and I questioned him about this (calmly) he became irate and acted like a scored 5 year old. He then wouldn't finish the rest of my services except the tooth that he was in the middle of drilling when his cell rang and he decided to take the all. I filed a complaint with NY state, but the dentist flat out lied and I was unable to get results. I even wrote a nice letter to the rest of the practice letting them know that they had a liability on their hands with this man, to which they never replied. The most unprofessional experience I can imagine! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE---PLEASE!!!!. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need.
