Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Referred by dental group Did not know Dr D went to penn and harvard! Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Moved to nyc from chicago. Referred to Dr Doundoualkis by my dentist at northwestern u. Very happy I did. Needed some laminate veneers and tooth bleaching. Great office staff gave me all the info needed to make the right decision. Laminate process was a little more involved than I thought. You need someone who has years of experience and knows what he is doing. Dr Doundoulakis is a prosthodontist and specializies in this sort of work. Dental treatment can be stressful, especially complicated things like laminate veneers. very satified. I am still getting complements from my friends and family. New teeth even helped me get a new job in advertising! THANK YOU TO ALL at Dr D's office!!
