I have been going to this office for years. It has gone down the drain drastically. He has lost all his wonderful staff. It use to be a pleasure to go to this office. The office manager Gabby was delightful, so helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the office. She went on maternity leave and never came back, so sad. The hygienist have changed from Margeret & Donna who had been there for years are also GONE and his only assistant Mary is also GONE Then the last time I was there the only hygienist they had left was also no longer there. I had heard plenty of rumors around town that Dr. Shea had a bit of a drinking problem, never really wanted to believe it . Unfortunately the last time I was there I smelled alcohol on his breath when I questioned the new girl at the front desk(which looked like she had a drink or two herself) she lied badly. So sad this office use to be a gold mine. Now it's a cemetery. I really hope he is not allowed to practice this way.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
