The dentist here Jud lesser igives a bad name to our whole jewish community here. Not very intelligent, amazing he was able to finish dental school. As jewish lawyer who can spot one, this guy is a crook. He has professional complaints and us settled cases for shoddy work And has a criminal record for larceny. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

He was completely hostile and rude. He took no time to listen to any of my dental issues. I was treated terribly. I would never recommend this individual (I hesitate to call him a "dentist") to ANYONE. I'm absolutely convinced he has mental health issues. The poor office girl seemed miserable. He was yelling at her, etc. Usually after a cleaning, I can tell but not after leaving his office. Then I paid him and my insurance paid him & I received a bill for exactly the same amount that he had already gotten paid. I called my dental insurance. They said first of all, he is in our network so he shouldn't have charged you anything extra but should NEVER be charging above and beyond. I reported him to the Dental Society. They confronted him with double billing. Even then he refused to back down & I still had to pay him HALF! WHAT A CREEP. Definitely needs to be disbarred or whatever they do to bad dentists.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all

This was the first appointment and will be my last...I went in because once in a while I brush my teeth and spit blood so I wanted to get it checked out. So they call me in and the girl who cleans my teeth was real nice and she did a good job...then this is where it went down hill the dentist came in had no personality than he puts on the rubber gloves one fell on the floor and he still put it on he thought I didn't see it but I did he didn't touch me with it if he did I would of let him have it so looks in my mouth for 15 seconds and said I need needed 4 or 5 root canals I have no pain he didn't take no X-rays my uncle is retired dentist and he told me it is impossible to tell if someone needs root canal without X-rays he's a liar and crook I went there because my insurance pays for it never again and I wanna call the insurance and tell them he is the worst dentist I've ever experienced and it seems he doesn't know what he's doing don't go there if you value your teeth and gums

I would NOT recommend Judd Lesser at Smile Boutique as a dentist. I got a bunch of fillings done a few months ago and have already had to have two of them replaced by another dentist. After complaining to him that they still hurt me after he had filled them, he told me to give it a few weeks and the pain would go away. It did not. One cracked and one was in between my teeth irritating my gums and making it so that I could not floss. Other dentists who I have visited after changing dental insurance have been appalled by his work. He clearly goes for the quick and easy route rather than taking time and care with his patients. I hate getting dental work done, and had I gone to another dentist who had filled my teeth properly the first time, I could have saved myself the pain and hassle of getting his fillings ripped out and replaced.
