I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They were very friendly and did meticulous work. They explained what they were doing, unlike other local dentists did, and answered my questions. They were not judgmental in any way either. After I was taken care of I met Karen in her office who further explained what needed to be done with my teeth and what I can do to better take care of them. I will definitely go back there and even recommend them to others.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.
