I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.

I found the hygenist were very friendly and nice to my children. I was scheduled with an older male dr for the fiillings and, found him to be condisending and rude. After he ran late with the prior appointments he would not teat my child and said to refer her to a specialist. At this time, I was rescheduled with a female Dr with in the same practice who was great. My child had the fillings completed without any issues. I would go back to this office, but will never see the male dr again, nor will my nieces or nephews who are also patients of this practice.

Their staff isn't organized at all and I didn't get a phone call to remind me of my appointment. I was suppose to have a filling done...once I got there they changed their mind and just cleaned out under the gum line. Really?? The dentist I had smelled like an ashtray and was quite disgusting to look at. Oh the clincher.......He wanted me to have jaw surgery. Ummm- when you become an orthodontist then tell me what to do. The clientele is disgusting too.

Overall I have had good experiences with this practice...However, was not impressed with the female hygienist....took her 75 minutes to do a 10 minute job as I go every six months to keep up....also, very recently went in to have a couple of what they said were small cavaties fixed. I questioned as to why because these teeth were not bothering me....but I allowed them to continue with the procedure and have been back three times now for one particular filling that the dentist refuses to acknowledge he did wrong. I am looking at a fourth appointment and it better get resolved. In 40 years of going to dentists I have NEVER had to go back for a problem with a filling and 4 appts. is a bit much...I wont mention which dentist it was right now but if they dont get it straight on monday or tuesday (have not been able to eat hardly anything for 16 days) they will see just how mad a hormonal woman can get!!!!!!!!!
