This dental office would be great if their focus is on dental care rather than money. Each visit seem like they're finding a way to get you to spend your money. Very expensive and not always worth the care you receive. Insurance never seem to cover the cost in full because it's so expensive. Yon can bet you'll be called to pay off any open balance, whether it's $1 or $100, before your next treatment.... no exceptions. However, if you've overpayed, good luck getting your money back. They'll find a reason for you to utilize that credit.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been to another Dentist wanted so much money. I went to another Dentist he told me I need to win the Lottery. I was referred to this office by my Brother. If I didn't have Access-A-Ride taking me back home. I could of had my work started that day. I was not judged by my bad teeth by Dr. Trivedi and she made me feel so good and calm and said we can help you smile again. Dr. Trivedi, Dental assistants, Financial and the Receptionist all were so nice, polite and very professional. I had 15 teeth pulled, the only pain I had was getting the needles of numbing solution. I received my top dentures that night and next week I pick up my bridge for my bottom. They are Great and very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to go to the Flushing Office.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
Completely!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
