Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
