This review is particular to their Albany office. Staff was professional, attentive but seemed hurried. Had to have a molar extracted that my general dentist could not do. Scheduled surgery with conscious sedation and procedure went well, I thought at the time. However, I soon realized something was odd and had my wife examine inside my mouth, where she discovered stitches in my cheek. At my follow up visit I inquired about those stitches and the staffer had no idea and there was no mention in the doctors notes. After asking for an explanation, I still have no idea after over a month, what happened to cause those extra stitches.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
