The office staff is rude, inept and unprofessional. I have no complaints about the professional staff. The wasn't even a supervisor available to speak with. The office staff need some basic training in customer service.

The Dentist Name Avila was very confusing, inpatient & appeared as if he did not want to do the work. I can not explain the uneasiness I felt , but He is not very friendly. However, the staff is friendly and very professional.
