When your child has an appointment, only him or her are called back. They ask you if you have made appointments/consultations with other providers, even though they specifically told you not too until they recommend it based on the treatment plan!!!! The orthodontists do not seem to communicate with one another and/or read the patient charts. Very frustrating at times. The communication with parents is not the best either. They do not tell you how your child is progressing unless you specifically ask. Appointments seem rushed. Apparently, I am not as happy and pleased as I was when I signed up and paid for the treatment.

The only thing matters for them is money. I will never recommend them to anyone I care about. They charge you few hundred dollars for Diagnosis, which is 100% free with other orthodontics in buffalo area. So after taking your kids to them, you are already charged few hundred dollars only to tell you what they will do to your kids teeth. This is what other orthodontist will tell you for free. SO in this particular office you are stuck with few hundred dollars bill even if you decide that this plan will not work for you. I recommend you to go to other orthodontics and get their opinion on your case for free plus and you have the free will if you want to be treated or not without paying outrageous few hundred dollars.

Overpriced compared to other orthodontists in the area. If you choose to go, make sure to ask if they participate in your insurance. Get it in writing.
