Hey folks. Please, don't trust Dr Leonid Levit. He offers Invisalign treatment but he is so unprofessional in that! Moreover, he asks high payment but providing the worst service. He used to be my dentist and one day I decided to straighten my teeth and improve my bite. He advised me an Invisalign treatment and told me that he was certified for that. I agreed. Every time when I visited the office he was rude, doing his job very fast. The treatment didn't go well, my teeth were even worse that they were. And he demanded the whole payment for that. When I tried to tell him why he can't straighten my teeth, Dr Levit was pissed off, saying that sometimes Invisalign doesn't work very well. My question to him was: Why you didn't stop the treatment when you saw that it doesn't work out, making my teeth even worse? He yelled at me saying that Invisalign works differently in different cases, and mine was too severe. As a result I wasted almost two years of wearing Invisalign and paid to Dr Levit almost $5000 green cash. He couldn't straighten my teeth and didn't want to return even half of my money. I am very disappointed with that dentist and never recommend him to anyone.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they are very reliable.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Their dental equipment definitely wasn't clean. It was obvious that they never sanitize it. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
