Horrible Service! Awful treatment for client!!! I do not recommend this dentist's office to anyone! Please,find yourself a different dentist.Bright Smile Dental P.C.is not worth of your health and money. Receptionist Tanya is delusional individual and a lier. She has absolutely no customer service skills,but only got terrible attitude and "ego". Also,there is a blond hair in the age dr. Dentist/supposedly,Dr. Tanya Silverman/ who does not even bother to identify herself by name. She is more worried and concerned about her low performer Tanya rather then client relationship and feedback from a patient. Shame on you,both and BRIGHT SMILE DENTAL P.C. !!! If you harass your patients at the first stage,then I feel very sorry for clients who have to deal with these individuals. Terrible! I hope,by reading my comment Tanya will learn how to speak to clients and change her attitude at work. If you hate your work,then find smth else,miserable Tanya!!!

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

If you want dentures at the age of 20, then I still wouldn't recommend these fools to touch your teeth. I have always had perfect teeth, I see them once for a cleaning and they decide to drill my tooth without my knowledge at first. It doesn't help that all they speak is russian and no english, even to their patience. Now I have a healthy tooth that is drilled half way and I am forced to pay a fortune on porcelain fill in .. since the rest of my teeth are healthy and white... the facility is dirty and nasty. the doctors are horrible and rude... i agree with the last comment left ... I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

Dirty, nasty facility. Awful attitude to patients. won't recommend even to my enemies. had a lot of problems to pick up x-ray and has been charged for copies, but they gave me the originals. just looking for money and will do even what you don't need to get done.
