It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
