As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I RECOMMEND DR. SCHIMMEL AND STAFF TO EVERYONE, VERY PROFESSIONAL,CLEAN, HIS OFFICE MANAGER, LUCY, IS THE MOST FRIENDLIEST AND HAS A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY THAT JUST MAKES YOU FEEL VERY WELCOME. MY THREE CHILDREN HAS HAD THEIR BRACES AT THIS OFFICE, SO I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH DR. SCHIMMEL. HE IS AN EXCELLENT ORTHODONTIST. THEY'RE THE BEST IN NEW YORK !!!
