I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
