Warning to anyone who thinks of using Family Dental Yorktown Jefferson Valley NY. They are rude. They have no idea about how to treat a customer. Billing needs to be challenged. They tap into the insurance company for payment then bill you for more than your responsible for. I'm sure many people just pay and shut up. Shame on you. This place is a scam. When you challenge billing they really get rude! Really? MY MONEY MY MOUTH. Don't use Family Dental unless your ok with sub par work and you want to throw money away.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

No. It took me several times to get through.

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

It was a nightmare! Never ever take your kid there..unless you hate him or her! At the first visist they seemed nice and informative, when I went back a week later for my kids cavities to get a filling, the assistant (who is hoooorrinle with kids) didnt want me in! told her no way, since at the first visist they said "off course you will be inside if wanted" then to my surprise the had a retainer placed for my kid after I clearly said, I dont want one unless is needed. They had my kid waititng for 45 with the laughing was on while they did nothing but get "ready" (instead of grtting ready prior to us being there) dentist wanted to go trhu "after care instuctions and plan" while my kid was totally uncomfortable waiting in the chair, then they gave the anestesia and put a piece to keep her mouth open which was hughe! It didnt fit! They were just shoving it in! And finally after pulling her for 1/2 hr she said, its not working, she is uncooperative!! And will need to go eith full anestesia! For one cavity! They are out of their mind! Wouldn t bring a dog there! Terrible, terrible experience.
