They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They also work around my hectic schedule and occassional need to reschedule. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. Janine, the office manager makes you feel like family.
