HORRIBLE experiences with staff. Do not follow through on either communication or in working with insurance company, even after many repeat attempts to get cooperation.

I was gaslighted when trying to get through to them. I hate dishonesty.

Further the front office staff is jeopardizing everyone who walks into the office by not wearing masks or wearing them ineffectively — and this is a MEDICAL establishment!!!

I was treated so shabbily — would NEVER recommend you use this dental practice.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit.
