I have been a patient for 27 years....before he sold his practice to a corporation based in Arizona ..dr. Jared Pope...his dental work started getting sloppy....dr Pacheco broke a file in my tooth during a root canal and never mentioned it to me....I lost my tooth because his neglect and poor dentistry...do not visit this office...this office is now doing crowns made in China....lab costs to make crowns is under 50.00 and they are charging well over 1200.00. These crowns probably have LEAD...BEWARE ....please change dentists

I have had all of my dental care with Dr. Pacheco for the past 30+ years, and would not consider changing. He is a splendid, courteous, and conscientious provider.

I have seen Dr. Pacheco for years. He is kind, and extremely friendly. His patients love him and he makes them feel very comfortable. He has a wonderful staff as well. I have stopped going to see him for one unfortunate reason. His wife Joan the office manager. She is a Bigot. The rudest person I have ever met. She will also give you misleading information. I do not trust her at all. Our family had a credit due in our account and she did not want to refund any monies. She is a NARCIST and it is all about her. Our extended family members have also left his practice because of her.

He and his staff were friendly, professional and seemed concerned only with my comfort and well-being.

While visiting Santa Fe for Thanksgiving, I found myself needing immediate help with a painful tooth/jaw problem. I found Dr. Pacheco's office in the yellow pages. Dr. Pacheco's staff fit me in almost immediately. He said I probably need an extraction, but put absolutely no pressure on me, and suggested I take my time and think about it. I went home and decided he was right. Once again, his staff fit me in quickly--they worked over the lunch hour--and the extraction, and recovery, went virtually painlessly. All this for an out-of-town patient they might not see again!

I highly recommend Dr. Pacheco.

They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special, making sure every question and concern I have is addressed. They are so kind and attentive to me. Lovely staff! Skilled hygenists. Been going there for years.
