Dr. Bob and his assisstant Lauren are great, but the problem is with the owner Mike who does the billing, be very careful and contact your insurance after each visit...this guy is shady to say the least, I paid my secondary ins. up front with this guy and stll have not seen a dime. Delta dental sent the check weeks ago and all I hear are excuses from him and his wife ( don't know her name but she is at the office...tall,skinny polish girl with blone hair...don't trust her either. What a shame...I won't go there any more because of this shady couple... the doc was very caring and gave me step by step instructions on my dental issues.
