They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
